We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $6.99
Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the U.S.
Sticker-only orders ship FREE within the U.S.
Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Canada and Mexico Shipping Rates
Shipping rates to Canada and Mexico are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
U.S. orders are generally expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Orders to Canada and Mexico are generally expected to arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on customs processing.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless shown at checkout. Lake Monster Montana Art & Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Lake Monster Montana Art & Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@lakemonstermt.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
